If you have recently had a spray tan, we kindly ask that you wait until these treatments have fully set before your cold plunge use. This helps prevent any issues with our tank and ensures a smooth experience for all, and helps avoid the additional cleaning fee.

If you've recently dyed your hair, please avoid getting it wet or submerging it in the cold plunge water. This helps prevent color runoff, protects the integrity of our tank and water, ensures a smooth experience for everyone, and helps avoid the additional cleaning fee.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on past floats, memberships, packages, or gift cards. All packages expire 6 months after purchase. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. Membership floats remain active for the duration of the membership. Membership floats will expire 6 months after the date of cancellation.
