All gift cards, memberships, and promotional offers are sold by and remain the responsibility of the individual franchise location where they were purchased. While many of our locations may voluntarily honor services purchased at other locations as a courtesy to customers, each location operates as an independent business under the True REST standards.
In the event of a location closure, service redemption options are at the sole discretion of each remaining franchise location. We encourage customers to contact their nearest location directly regarding any questions about service acceptance or redemption policies.
Gift cards and services are subject to availability, location participation, and individual franchise policies. True REST makes no guarantees regarding the acceptance of services purchased at another location.
