To book your first appointment, you can use the app, book online at www.truerest.com/napa, or call us at 707-254-9445. A credit card may be required to hold your reservation. When coming in for your first float, you MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time so we can take you though our first float orientation for the best possible first experience. If you are late, it's best to reschedule or accept that you may not get the full 60-minute float which isn't ideal for your first time. Present your first float voucher as your payment when you arrive and you will be set.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at 707-254-9445. Please be advised that we require 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee of $25. There is a No-Show (no call nor visit prior to the arrival time) flat fee of $49 or redemption of a member benefit, gift card or other promotional offer that would have been used for the scheduled appointment. If multiple bookings are held under the same credit card, all canceled or no show appointments will be made on that one card. Credit cards or other means of payment, such as a gift card, that are taken at time of booking are not charged prior to your appointment — they are used to hold the reservation and for our cancellation policy.
There are no refunds on this offer. If you can't use it, pass it on to a friend or loved one. Please email [email protected] with any questions you may have.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your first float, we will let you keep your first float voucher to try again or to pass it on to someone else to use.
