Any membership initiated under a promotion/discount is subject to a 90-day membership period prior to cancelling. This is a promotional membership and special terms apply.
- UNLIMITED PROMOTIONAL UPGRADES ARE LOCATION SPECIFIC: During the 30 day period of the unlimited promotion, only the primary member can use the floats, red light, sauna and cold plunge at the specific location to which they signed up. After the 30 days (I.e. after the second payment of Essential, Elevate or Thrive membership), members can share floats on file and/or float at any True REST location, per the standard membership terms. Sauna, Red Light and Cold Plunge sessions are only valid at True REST Glendale.
All True REST locations are independently owned and operated.
- Memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis. Standard Memberships can be cancelled with a 30-day notice to cancel by contacting [email protected].
- Any membership initiated under a promotion/discount is subject to a 90-day membership period prior to cancelling. Promotional memberships may then be cancelled with a 30-day notice by contacting [email protected].

Special Terms:
UNLIMITED and LIMITLESS MEMBERSHIPS
Members who purchase the Unlimited or Limitless Membership may use up to one service per day. (ie one 60 minite float, or one whole body red light session, or one contrast therapy session).
- Unlimited and Limiteless Membership holders may float during any available day or time on the schedule.
- For all Unlimited and Limitless membership levels, memberships may not be shared.
- Memberships will only be honored at the spa in which they were purchased.
- Members on either Unlimited or Limitless membership plans may purchase additional floats outside of these restrictions for themselves or a guest at the $59 member price. Discounted $59 floats may be used nationwide.
