Float packages expire 180 days from date of purchase. You are welcome to buy as many as you like, but they are only eligible to be redeemed at the True REST Glendale location.

Before you book:

To ensure the best experience for all our guests and to maintain the cleanliness of our float tanks, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind when booking your session:

1. If you are currently menstruating, we kindly request that you reschedule your session for a later date. This helps ensure the optimal floating experience and avoids the additional cleaning fee.
2. If you have recently dyed your hair or had a spray tan, we kindly ask that you wait until these treatments have fully set before your float. This helps prevent any issues with our pods and ensures a smooth experience for all, and helps avoid the additional cleaning fee.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds on past floats, memberships, packages, or gift cards. All packages expire 6 months after purchase. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. Membership floats remain active for the duration of the membership. Membership floats will expire 6 months after the date of cancellation. Please email [email protected] for any questions.

While many True REST locations may voluntarily honor services purchased at other locations as a courtesy to customers, each location operates as an independent business under the True REST standards.

In the event of a location closure, service redemption options are at the sole discretion of each remaining franchise location. We encourage customers to contact their nearest location directly regarding any questions about service acceptance or redemption policies.
