To ensure the best experience for all our guests and to maintain the cleanliness of our float tanks, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind when booking your session:

1. If you are currently menstruating, we kindly request that you reschedule your session for a later date. This helps ensure the optimal floating experience and avoids the additional cleaning fee.
2. If you have recently dyed your hair or had a spray tan, we kindly ask that you wait until these treatments have fully set before your float. This helps prevent any issues with our pods and ensures a smooth experience for all, and helps avoid the additional cleaning fee.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds on past floats, memberships, packages, or gift cards. All packages expire 6 months after purchase. There are no refunds on packages or memberships.
