All True REST  locations are independently owned and operated.  Memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis. Memberships can be cancelled with a 30-day notice by contacting [email protected] or by logging into your client portal.

Any membership initiated under a promotion/discount is subject to a 90-day membership period prior to cancelling. Promotional memberships may then be cancelled with a 30-day notice by contacting [email protected] or by logging into your client portal.

UNLIMITED and LIMITLESS MEMBERSHIPS
Members who purchase the Unlimited or Limitless Membership or Weekday Unlimited Membership may float for up to 1 hrs/day.

- Unlimited and Limiteless Membership holders may float during any available day or time on the schedule.

- Weekday Unlimited Membership holders may float at any available time Monday through Thursday, at or before 4pm.

- For all Unlimited and Limitless membership levels, memberships may not be shared.

- Memberships will only be honored at the spa in which they were purchased.

- Members on either Unlimited or Limitless membership plans may purchase additional floats outside of these restrictions for themselves or a guest at the $59 member price. Discounted $59 floats may be used nationwide.

• UNLIMITED PROMOTIONAL UPGRADES ARE LOCATION SPECIFIC: During the 30 day period of the unlimited promotion, only the primary member can use the floats at the specific location to which they signed up. After the 30 days (I.e. after the second payment of Plus or Premium), members can share floats on file and/or float at any True REST location, per the standard membership terms.

All gift cards, memberships, and promotional offers are sold by and remain the responsibility of the individual franchise location where they were purchased. While many True REST locations may voluntarily honor services purchased at other locations as a courtesy to customers, each location operates as an independent business under the True REST standards.

In the event of a location closure, service redemption options are at the sole discretion of each remaining franchise location. We encourage customers to contact their nearest location directly regarding any questions about service acceptance or redemption policies.

Gift cards and services are subject to availability, location participation, and individual franchise policies. True REST Glendale makes no guarantees regarding the acceptance of services purchased at another location.
