🌞 You MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to your groups scheduled float start time for your mandatory orientation
Late arrivals will be rescheduled. We cannot accept late participants as each grouping starts and finishes at the same time—late arrivals may be charged a reschedule fee of $25. Arriving early is crucial to complete new client paperwork and be given a thorough tour before your session.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call the spa directly 623-249-5888 or text 623- 257-8613. If we don't answer, please leave a message for a return call, we do not have a receptionist and routinely return calls in between float times. Please be advised, we require 12-hour notice to avoid late cancellation charges & no-show fees. There is never a few to reschedule.
