Combo Session Vouchers are valid for 7 days from your first visit — both services must be booked and used within this 7-day window.
NEW FLOAT CLIENTS: You MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to your Floats scheduled start time for your mandatory orientation. Late arrivals will be rescheduled. We cannot accept late participants—late arrivals will be charged a reschedule fee of $25. Arriving early is crucial to complete new client paperwork, watch our instructional video, and be given a thorough tour before floating.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call the spa directly 623-249-5888 or text 623- 257-8613. If we don't answer, please leave a message for a return call, we do not have a receptionist and routinely return calls in between float times. Please be advised, we require 24-hour notice to avoid late cancellation charges & no-show fees.

Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on past floats, memberships, packages, or gift cards. All packages expire 6 months after purchase. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. While many of our locations may voluntarily honor services purchased at other locations as a courtesy to customers, each location operates as an independent business under the True REST standards.
In the event of a location closure, service redemption options are at the sole discretion of each remaining franchise location. We encourage customers to contact their nearest location directly regarding any questions about service acceptance or redemption policies.
Gift cards and services are subject to availability, location participation, and individual franchise policies. True REST makes no guarantees regarding the acceptance of services purchased at another location.
